Random selection of employees for testing can be managed through the ETDT consortium. ETDT will send the random lists to the designated employee representative (DER) during each quarter or when requested by a DER. The list will include all active employees for testing. Our software also generates an audit trail which describes how primary and alternate selections are made for a particular random testing batch. At year-end we provide a MIS report with statistical data. DER’s are required to inform ETDT of any employee changes in writing.
