DOT and NON-DOT physicals are performed (by appointment) in our office by Dr. Keven Ellis, who is a certified examiner and registered with the National Registry of the Certified Medical Examiners. Our DOT physicals are submitted federally through the eScreen system and the employer/employee are responsible for submitting to the State.
